This 100-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee Policy ("Guarantee Policy") is incorporated into and forms part of our [Terms & Conditions]. By placing an order through our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Guarantee Policy in its entirety. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility Requirements
The SÉRÈN 100-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All conditions must be met for a claim to be valid:
1.1 Guarantee Window
(a) The Guarantee applies for a period of one hundred (100) calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking records ("Guarantee Period").
(b) If carrier tracking does not confirm a delivery date, the Guarantee Period shall be calculated as one hundred (100) calendar days from the date of shipment plus seven (7) calendar days.
(c) Claims submitted after the expiration of the Guarantee Period will not be honored under any circumstances. It is the customer's sole responsibility to submit any claim within the Guarantee Period.
1.2 First Purchase Only
(a) This Guarantee applies exclusively to the first purchase of each unique SÉRÈN product by a customer or household.
(b) The Guarantee does not apply to:
- Second, third, or any subsequent purchase of the same product;
- Additional units of the same product within the same order;
- Bulk quantities or multi-pack purchases (e.g., "Buy 3" or "Buy 6" bundles);
- Subscription orders beyond the initial subscription shipment;
- Replenishment, auto-ship, or recurring orders after the first shipment.
(c) For clarity, if your first purchase of a product is a multi-pack or bundle, the Guarantee applies to only one (1) unit within that order. The remaining units are not eligible for a refund under this Guarantee.
1.3 One Per Product, Per Household
(a) This Guarantee is limited to one (1) claim per unique SÉRÈN product, per household.
(b) "Household" is defined as any single residential address, regardless of the number of individuals, names, email addresses, payment methods, or accounts associated with that address.
(c) Multiple claims from the same household — whether submitted under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — will be treated as a single household for purposes of this Guarantee.
(d) SÉRÈN reserves the right to verify household identity and address information in connection with any claim.
1.4 Eligible Products
(a) This Guarantee applies to SÉRÈN-branded products purchased directly through our official website at www.seren-wellness.com.
(b) This Guarantee does not apply to:
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers, resellers, or marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or any other third-party platform);
- Products received as free gifts, samples, or promotional items;
- Products obtained through giveaways, contests, or influencer arrangements;
- Gift card or store credit purchases;
- Shipping charges, unless the original order included free shipping;
- Products that have been tampered with, adulterated, or altered in any way.
1.5 Legitimate Purchase Verification
(a) All claims are subject to order verification. SÉRÈN reserves the right to verify the claim against our order records, including order number, purchase date, delivery confirmation, customer information, and payment records.
(b) To submit a valid claim, you must provide:
- Your full name as it appeared on the order;
- Your order number or the email address associated with the order;
- A brief description of why the product was not satisfactory.
(c) SÉRÈN reserves the right to request additional information or documentation if necessary to verify the claim.
2. No-Return Policy
This Guarantee operates as a "No-Return" guarantee. You are not required to return, ship back, or surrender the product to receive your refund.
Upon approval of your claim:
(a) You may keep the product for personal use;
(b) You may give the product to a friend, family member, or other individual;
(c) You may dispose of the product responsibly;
(d) You are not permitted to resell, redistribute for commercial purposes, or list the product for sale on any third-party marketplace.
We trust our customers. We'd rather you spend your time feeling better than standing in line at the mailroom.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
3.2 Refund Amount
(a) Approved claims will receive a refund equal to 100% of the product purchase price for the eligible unit.
(b) Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the original order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase.
(c) Taxes refunded will correspond to the eligible product unit only.
3.3 Refund Timeline
(a) SÉRÈN will process approved refunds within five to ten (5–10) business days of claim approval.
(b) Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
(c) SÉRÈN is not responsible for processing delays on the part of your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
3.4 Currency and Exchange Rates
For international orders originally processed in USD, the refund will be issued in USD. Any difference in the refunded amount due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the date of purchase and the date of refund is the responsibility of the customer. SÉRÈN is not liable for any exchange rate losses.
4. Abuse Prevention and Fraud Protection
4.1 Good Faith Requirement
This Guarantee is offered in good faith and is intended for genuine customers who have tried the product and are not satisfied. SÉRÈN reserves the right to protect the integrity of this program and our community.
4.2 Abuse and Fraud
SÉRÈN reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to:
(a) Deny, limit, or revoke the Guarantee for any customer or household that SÉRÈN reasonably believes is abusing the Guarantee, engaging in fraudulent activity, or acting in bad faith, including but not limited to:
- Submitting multiple claims across different accounts, names, or addresses associated with the same individual or household;
- Patterns of repeated purchases and refund claims across multiple products;
- Claims that are inconsistent with reasonable personal use;
- Reselling refunded products or listing them on any third-party marketplace;
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information in connection with a claim;
- Coordinating with other individuals to exploit the Guarantee;
- Chargebacks filed in addition to or in lieu of a Guarantee claim.
(b) Permanently ban any customer or household from future purchases and Guarantee eligibility.
(c) Pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to recovery of refunded amounts, consequential damages, and attorney's fees, in cases of confirmed fraud.
4.3 Chargeback Policy
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for any order that is eligible for or has already been processed under this Guarantee:
(a) Your Guarantee claim will be automatically voided;
(b) SÉRÈN reserves the right to contest the chargeback and provide the financial institution with all relevant transaction records, delivery confirmation, and claim history;
(c) You may be permanently ineligible for future purchases and any future Guarantee claims;
(d) SÉRÈN reserves the right to recover all costs associated with the chargeback, including chargeback fees, administrative costs, and the refunded product amount.

5. Interaction with Other Policies
5.1 Relationship to Terms & Conditions
This Guarantee Policy is subject to and governed by our Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Guarantee Policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall control to the extent of the conflict, unless this Guarantee Policy expressly provides a more favorable remedy to the customer on the specific matter in question.
5.2 Relationship to Refund Policy
This 100-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee is a separate and independent program from any standard return or refund policy that may be described elsewhere on the Site or in the Terms & Conditions. The Guarantee provides enhanced protections beyond any standard policy.
If your claim does not meet the eligibility requirements of this Guarantee (e.g., claim submitted after the 100-day window, second purchase of the same product, multi-pack purchase), you may still be eligible for a remedy under our standard Refund Policy as set forth in the Terms & Conditions, subject to that policy's terms and conditions.
5.3 Promotional and Discounted Orders
(a) Products purchased with a discount code, promotional pricing, or as part of a bundle or sale are eligible for the Guarantee, subject to all other eligibility requirements herein.
(b) The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid by the customer after all discounts, promotions, and credits have been applied — not the original retail price.
5.4 Subscription Orders
(a) For subscription-based purchases, this Guarantee applies only to the first subscription shipment of each unique product.
(b) If you wish to cancel your subscription, please refer to the subscription management and cancellation terms in our Terms & Conditions. Subscription cancellation is a separate process from a Guarantee claim.
(c) Submitting a Guarantee claim for the first subscription shipment does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must separately cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
6. Disclaimers
6.1 No Medical Claims
Nothing in this Guarantee Policy constitutes a guarantee of specific health outcomes, results, or benefits from the use of any SÉRÈN product. Individual results may vary. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please refer to the Health and Product Disclaimers in our Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Satisfaction is Subjective
This Guarantee is based on your personal, subjective satisfaction with the product. SÉRÈN does not require you to demonstrate or prove a specific reason for dissatisfaction. However, we do request that you share honest feedback so we can continue to improve.
6.3 No Guarantee of Availability
SÉRÈN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this 100-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice. Any changes will apply prospectively to orders placed after the effective date of the change. Orders placed prior to any modification will be honored under the Guarantee terms in effect at the time of purchase.
7. International Customers — Additional Terms
7.1 Eligibility
International customers are eligible for this Guarantee, subject to all eligibility requirements set forth in this policy.
7.2 Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
(a) Refunds issued under this Guarantee do not include reimbursement for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by your country's customs or tax authorities.
(b) SÉRÈN is not responsible for recovering or refunding any charges imposed by third-party government agencies or customs authorities.
7.3 Customs Seizures and Confiscations
As stated in our Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions, no refund, replacement, store credit, or any other compensation will be issued for international orders that are seized, rejected, held, destroyed, confiscated, or returned by customs or any government authority for any reason. This exclusion applies regardless of the Guarantee, and the Guarantee does not override this provision.
7.4 Currency
All refunds are processed in USD. SÉRÈN is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Changes to this Guarantee Policy will apply prospectively only — meaning orders placed before the effective date of any modification will continue to be governed by the version of this Guarantee Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
