At SÉRÈN, we are committed to delivering your wellness products quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing times, shipping options, and delivery expectations so you always know what to expect when ordering from us.
Our goal is simple: to make your experience smooth from checkout to delivery.
This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our [Terms & Conditions]. By placing an order through our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Shipping Policy in its entirety.
1. Order Processing Time
All SÉRÈN products are carefully prepared and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center through our trusted fulfillment partner. Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipment.
Processing times do not include weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During promotional events, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays.
SÉRÈN reserves the right to hold, delay, or cancel any order for verification purposes, including but not limited to payment verification, fraud screening, or address confirmation, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Zone 3 Countries include: Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam.
Important: All delivery timeframes listed above are estimates only and are not guaranteed by SÉRÈN. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement, and do not include processing time. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, customs processing, weather, geographic location, and other factors beyond our control.
SÉRÈN reserves the right to modify shipping methods, carriers, rates, and delivery estimates at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on the Site at the time of checkout.
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or remote locations may experience extended delivery times and may not be eligible for all shipping methods.
3. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping Promotions
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery address, and order weight.
SÉRÈN may, from time to time, offer free or discounted shipping promotions at our sole discretion. Free shipping promotions apply only to the standard shipping method within the applicable region unless otherwise expressly stated.
SÉRÈN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any free or discounted shipping promotion at any time, with or without notice. Promotional shipping offers may not be combined with other promotions or discount codes unless explicitly permitted.
4. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
Title to and risk of loss for all Products pass from SÉRÈN to you upon our transfer of the Products to the shipping carrier at the point of origin, in accordance with Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier:
(a) SÉRÈN is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, theft, or misdeliveries caused by the carrier or any third party;
(b) SÉRÈN is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost, stolen, damaged, or misappropriated after delivery, including but not limited to theft from a doorstep, porch, mailbox, lobby, or other delivery location ("porch piracy");
(c) Any claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after carrier transfer must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery location, requesting signature confirmation where available, and promptly retrieving packages upon notification of delivery.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All SÉRÈN products ship from the United States.
For international customers, your country may apply:
- Import duties
- Customs taxes
- Local VAT or GST
- Brokerage fees or processing charges
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. SÉRÈN has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order. You are solely responsible for determining whether the Products you order may be legally imported into your country and whether they comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to dietary supplement regulations, ingredient restrictions, and labeling requirements.
If an international order is seized, rejected, held, destroyed, confiscated, or returned by customs or any government authority for any reason — including but not limited to prohibited ingredients, labeling non-compliance, failure to meet local regulatory standards, or failure to pay applicable duties or taxes — SÉRÈN is not obligated to issue a refund, replacement, store credit, or any other form of compensation.
By placing an international order, you represent and warrant that you have reviewed and understand the import regulations of your country with respect to dietary supplements and that you assume all risk associated with the importation of SÉRÈN Products.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.
You can track your package anytime using the carrier's tracking portal.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@seren-wellness.com.
Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier and is updated at the carrier's discretion. SÉRÈN is not responsible for inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete tracking updates provided by the carrier.
7. Delivery Delays
While we work hard to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Weather disruptions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays or service interruptions
- Holiday peak shipping periods
- Supply chain disruptions
- Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
SÉRÈN is not liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses resulting from shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, as further described in the Force Majeure provision (Section 24) of our Terms & Conditions.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our support team at info@seren-wellness.com and we will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment and communicating with the carrier.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers, suite numbers, and any special delivery instructions.
SÉRÈN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, we may not be able to intercept, redirect, or reroute the shipment. Any address correction requests are subject to carrier availability and may incur additional fees.
If a package is returned to SÉRÈN due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim, or an undeliverable address:
(a) The customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees;
(b) SÉRÈN reserves the right to deduct original shipping costs from any applicable refund;
(c) If the returned package is damaged or the product integrity has been compromised during return transit, SÉRÈN reserves the right to deny a refund or reshipment.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:
- Contact us at info@seren-wellness.com within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date (or, in the case of a lost package, within seven (7) calendar days of the estimated delivery date);
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of any damage (including packaging damage, if applicable).
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Resolution may include filing a carrier claim on your behalf, issuing a replacement, or providing a refund or store credit at our sole discretion, subject to the results of the carrier investigation and the terms of our Refund Policy.
Please note:
(a) SÉRÈN reserves the right to require photographic evidence and any additional documentation before processing any claim for damaged or lost items;
(b) Claims filed after the seven (7) calendar day window may not be eligible for resolution;
(c) SÉRÈN is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim, as well as checking with neighbors and your local post office or delivery facility;
(d) We recommend retaining all original packaging materials until any claim has been fully resolved.
10. Order Modifications After Placement
If you need to modify your order (including changes to the shipping address, product selection, or quantity), please contact us at info@seren-wellness.com as soon as possible.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests received before the order has entered the fulfillment process. However, once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner for processing, modifications may not be possible.
SÉRÈN is not responsible for any delays, additional costs, or issues arising from order modification requests that cannot be accommodated.
11. Shipments to Multiple Addresses
Each order placed through the Site may be shipped to only one (1) shipping address. If you wish to ship Products to multiple addresses, a separate order must be placed for each shipping address.
12. Shipping Restrictions
SÉRÈN reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain locations, addresses, or regions at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
(a) Countries or regions subject to U.S. government sanctions or trade restrictions;
(b) Countries or regions where the importation of dietary supplements is prohibited or heavily restricted;
(c) Addresses identified as high-risk for fraud or delivery failure;
(d) P.O. Boxes or addresses that are incompatible with the selected shipping method.
If we are unable to ship to your selected address, we will notify you and cancel the order, issuing a full refund to the original payment method.
13. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During holiday seasons, promotional events, and periods of high shipping volume (including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holiday season), both processing and delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume and carrier congestion.
We recommend placing orders early during these periods to ensure timely delivery. SÉRÈN is not responsible for carrier delays during peak shipping seasons.
14. Modifications to This Shipping Policy
SÉRÈN reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Shipping Policy at any time, in our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Services and placement of orders after the posting of a revised Shipping Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this Shipping Policy periodically.
